AMAs have a long history of music legends getting awards! This ICON awards is really big achievement for Rihanna! And she still has yet to pass 10 years of her career!

Who curr they are fan voted? All except Grammys are. This ICON award was not fan voted! That's all that matters!

Barbados belongs to American continent so the people who say those things are just jealous and dumb.

& Most of the blogs/celeb pages on the internet only report the negative ****. As long as they care & give her the free promo there is absolutely no problem. Rather some drama & excitement than a boredom some other "classy" acts are serving.

I'm just speaking on what I know. I'm well aware that there are other cultures with much more strict views, but in general black people, just like all people of color in America, come from traditionally conservative backgrounds.

I usually find Valentino to be a biT bland (beautiful, but bland), but their latest collection is stunning. And DVF is a little too sweet by Rihanna's current standards, but you can always count on her to wear Wang. I'd love for her to milk some of her high fashion connects and rock more Balmain, Tom Ford, and Lanvin.

I also REALLY miss the days when she was a Gucci muse, because they kept her look on point.

The Navy has feeling itself a little too much lately.

For those who hasn't casted a ballot yet in the awards. Can you please do your part as a navy. I don't care who's going to win or whatever but the award is one way to get us all together especially after the fruitful year that is 2013. As messy as it is, this is one of Rihanna's most successful year, isn't it nice to celebrate that by also celebrating ourselves come the award show.

I can't at how this year's award has been flopping.

For the most part of it, the navy who have been currently feeling theirselves and damaging our humbleness are the ones who rarely post here.

I can see so many navy who really likes to shade other artists and I feel bad about it. I think that it is only fair to attack a certain artist if and when our fave has been attacked. Until then, we shouldn't be the one to bring up silly arguments just to put Rihanna higher. Let her achievements speak for her.

Yes we will win arguments but the bottomline is that we cannot bring up her achievments/brag about it in near every damn thread especially if it doesn't require (not a Rihanna related one). I don't want us to be trolls or be like an annoying Taylor Swift stan that posts in every damn thread to brag even if Taylor wasn't mentioned (BootyTay teas).

I read LBOE's comment and I think that what he said was sarcasm. In all reality, Madonna was the bigger artists, album sales, tours and impact. Don't read too much on what he stated. The navy has always been the most sarcastic fan base ever.
