First of all, Flo Rida is only #1 because of T-Pain. It's not because of the song, people are obsessed with T-Pain/Akon. I promise you he will never have another song like this.

According to the Billboard hot ringtone chart, there are about 4 rock songs in the top 40 and 3 of them are old (and I mean really old for 2 of them) and wouldn't be on TRL. The only one that isn't is Nickleback's "Rockstar" which isn't really rock. Fairly similar situation for downloaded videos.
