The source is a random blog and I can't find anything about this elsewhere. Billboard's calendar year ended last week and it includes stats from November 2012 so it's believable. Can't Hold Us is currently #1 on the Mediabase Year-to-date chart, though.

Locked Out of Heaven is far from terrible and it's much better than Just the Way You Are.
