Miley, Katy, Britney and Gaga are serving mediocre to bad music so ofcourse they are underperforming / flopping.
Wrecking Ball is probably the best song of the year, though. I haven't listened to all of Bangerz yet, but the streaming it's getting is great and indicates a lot of public interest, so it's probably good. And PRISM has a lot of single worthy tracks.
I'd say Gaga and Britney are the ones who haven't topped their previous albums.
