Brittany Murphy's father has sensationally claimed that the tragic ‘Clueless’ actress was poisoned to death by after offering her celebrity backing to a whistleblower fighting the government.
Angelo Bertolotti, 87, alleges that at the time of her death his daughter was under surveillance from shadowy government operators who wiretapped her phone and terrorized her after she spoke out in support of a Department of Homeland Security whistleblower.
Julia Davis, who claims to have once worked as a stunt double for Angelina Jolie, says Brittany was being persecuted for standing up for her.

Murphy, 32, and her husband, 40, died in the same L.A. mansion within five months of each other. At the time, the Coroner’s office blamed pneumonia and anemia.
Now, new lab reports, paid for by the star's father Angelo Bertolotti, show the “Clueless” actress had toxic levels of heavy metals in her system indicating that Murphy may have been poisoned (see the results here).
After Brittany's death on Dec. 20, 2009, Monjack told Radar they feared for their lives and were worried about someone slipping them something.
The two were so paranoid that they set up an elaborate security system in their home, including a device to scramble their telephone lines.
Simon explained to Radar, “There’s actually 56 cameras that cover the house. Inside the house, outside the house, down into the cul-de-sac.”
Monjack was found dead in his bedroom on May 23, 2013.
