Simon was her friend, she had a pay raise from $2M to $2.5M, FOX sacked her and Syco urge to ask her to be back on the UK Version, She refused and that's why Tulisa got the job.

Cheryl never intended to release her album in the US, even in certains European countries you can't have her albums other ways than import.

They offered her a job, she didn't begged for it. I mean she also was on the movie What To Expect When You're Expecting?

As a huge Cheryl fan who got their hopes up when she joined US X Factor and was completely devastated when she got fired, I wish they would just let this die. This isn't the first time Cheryl has said she's done with trying to break the States and I've accepted that. Please can we move on.

She had the hottest producers on her last albums from Calvin Harris to Alex Da Kid, including Diplo, Will.I.Am and Naughty Boy, Jim Beanz and also Lana Del Rey songwriting at the moment where the Bandwagon for Lana & Calvin Harris was huge. She could have get massive HIT plus she's a beast on stage. I saw her on her concert and it was one of the best performer I saw in a while, of course her voice is not the strongest, but she CAN DANCE.
