I disagree.. I think it's the best song she's released from this new era hands down (Switch was crap, Hey Baby (In The Club) was a little bit better but flopped)... she can do something with this. It will get played on urban stations and has crossover appeal. This should've been the first single.
Definetly the best she's released for this upcoming album (even though that's not really saying much). I will never willingly listen to those other two songs again.
First off, Switch, considering pop culture today, should've caught some flames by now
Hey Baby I don't remember anything about (HINT ASHANTI)
And this one is good, but it's like Daylight with Kelly Rowland + Travis from Gym Class Heroes: I like it, but this isn't going to chart....However, if it does, I'll be applauding.
Sorry..don't like it. For me, it sounds like just about every other song she usually does so it doesn't stand out. I prefer the uptempo Hey Baby because I think it's refreshing coming from her. The only other Ashanti song I've ever liked is "Only You".
Yes this is a really good song, I like it, it reminds me of when she first came out with Foolish, it's a nice piano-tinged track. I hope she comes back strong, because her last two songs weren't good at all.
