Demi Bluevato has gotten mixed reception from the public. Some people love her blue hair, some want it gone. She colored her hair for her new single Neon Lights (START REQUESTING!!!!!). So... When do you think Demi, being the hair chameleon she is, will change her hair color yet once again? I feel like it'll be gone definitely before the year ends .. Or not since her tour is called Neon Lights ...
