ITZ was her fourth album and it didn't have 3 months of preorders

It started off slow because she'd had a Clearchannel ban for like 7 consecutive single at that point, then Toxic suddenly blew up and the album had amazing longevity. Not the monsters trying to drag old Britney albums though when even Femme Fatale was doing better than ARTPOP in Q1

so obviously ITZ (Britney was her third but whatever) did better too, since she's been slowly declining with each release since then. Emphasis on slowly.
