Congrats Gaga for another #1 album! 260k isn't a terrible number and Artpop isn't a terrible album, but it's enough to show Gaga that she's no longer on top of the world and her sharp decline has begun.

Yes, it sold over 600K first week, 8 Million worldwide, scored 3 worldwide #1 hits and had actual longevity.
