No shade, but its a question that i want to see your answers. If this question was asked in the past we would have said Gaga but Rihanna's vocal improvement creates a debate..I can post some examples of Rih's powerful vocals and how Gaga's are still good but a little bit breathless and shouty..
Gaga has better control of her voice but Rihanna's voice can do a wide array of tricks and turns.
Nomatter what type of song Gaga does she just sounds the same.
