So, this era shes only had 3 hits. (Diamonds, The Monster, and Stay). Her other singles underperformed or "flopped". Why is it that all the other pop girls get dragged if one or two of their singles underperforms and Rih doesn't?
I love Rih, but I don't get it. Discuss this is not a hate thread btw.
But
- Stay was huge.
- PIU did well for no performance and a late video.
The only song that flopped was Right Now. What Now is increasing on iTunes, the video just got released, and she has yet to perform it so IMO its a little bit too early to call it a flop.
Cause she's had lots of flops in the past but always manages to smash again. Plus they've been able to take several years of other stans calling her out on her FW #s.
The Navy ain't weak. They don't go crying to Billboard when they underperform and jump off the ship.

I guess people got used to her having just as many flops as hits every era. But it doesnt matter since she'll come back with another huge hit next era anyway.
Her flops aren't back to back and when she starts a new era she gets at least one hit to back them up. For example, Man Down and California King Bed flopped hard but Cheers was a decent top 10 hit. Right Now and What Now are flops but she 'll probably come back with a big lead single.
