Maybe Demi would have a chance since she's a good singer but I doubt they'd sign Selena.
Although Demi has the more die-hard fanbase, Selena is a very consistent album seller and her singles success is something to admire with the little promo HWR overall does. I'd say RCA would def sign them both, as both singers have proved they can sell records and have potential to really takeover the charts with the right management.
I think it depends on if Demi can't get another hit from her current era. The last thing she needs is to end her contract with hwr with 2 flop singles in a row.

Why would RCA sign them? They don't have potential. Demi and Selena are not album sellers or single sellers plus they are not big touring acts. Epic should probably offer them a deal.

They both already have fanbases and I'm sure they're both profitable. And to the people saying Selena wouldn't get signed because of her vocals, being signed to a label doesn't seem to depend on that as much anymore. With people like Britney, Miley, Shakira, Justin Timberlake and P!nk signed Selena/Demi probably wouldn't get much support there though.
