Very. I have been caught in several myself. One was a magnitiude 7.0 and another 6.3. Very scary but Id hardly say she was unsafe. If she is in the northern part, near Sendai, the quakes are almost daily.

Not another big earthquake in her album release again.

When "Goodbye Lullaby" was released the earthquake and tsunami happened too. She cannot promote and tour there that time
