Don't look now, but Katy Perry's new single "Unconditionally" is becoming yet another hit for the singles superstar: the second single from "PRISM" moves up four spots to No. 21 in its third week on the Hot 100 chart, and up four spots in its fourth week on Radio Songs, to No. 14. Meanwhile, her eighth No. 1 single on the Hot 100, "Roar," is still holding strong at No. 4 on the chart. That Katy reign just won't let up.
