Video Games: COD does NOT run native 1080p on PS4 without Day One patch!

"There was a configuration issue in the retail version on single-player mode only. This has been addressed with a day one software update. People will be able to download the day one update when PlayStation 4 launches in their territory and play at native 1080p."

Without the day one update, you'll get the COD single-player upscaled, including the menu system and the HUD. Indeed, even the occasional screen-tear generated by the game is upscaled from 720p.

Except everyone will be getting the day one patch. At least the PS4 actually OFFERS it in 1080p, poor Xbone couldn't handle it

Even if it does 1080, the framerates suffer! Reviews are all complaining about it.. poor PS4, She tried to be the "for the Gamers" Box that will eventually be patched to be in par with XBOX One's offering. NO mp3's or custom soundtacks or pc streaming for now

Well good thing the Sony exclusive Killzone Shadow Fall has been praised by nearly every review for having no problem running 1080p with perfect frame rate! And Sony confirmed today that mp3's are being patched in always was going to be from the start! It's a great day to be #TeamSony!
