The 'Stronger' hitmaker, who is eager to start a family with her new husband Brandon Blackstock, has revealed the British star advised her not to get pregnant unless she was ready to take a career break and stay at home.
The 31-year-old star told Us Weekly magazine that the 25-year-old Oscar-winning singer told her at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles in February: ''Girl, don't have a baby 'cause everything else will go on the back burner. I'm living in babyland!''
The 'Set Fire to the Rain' singer gave birth to her first son, Angelo, with her fiancée Simon Konecki in October 2012, and has kept a relatively low profile since then.
But it appears her advice hasn't put Kelly off as she recently revealed she and her music manager husband have been trying for a baby ''like rabbits''.
She said: ''[We want a baby] now! Practice makes perfect! We're trying, trying, trying ... Like rabbits!''
The former 'American Idol' winner said becoming a step-mother to Brandon's children from a previous relationship - Savannah, 11, and Seth, seven - has made her want more maternal than ever.
She said: ''We have two kids. And they're so great. And I never wanted kids before, but now I want, like, five.''
Oh does this mean that Adele has wanted to work on her third album for a while ? Does this mean we won't have to worry about Adele popping out a baby after every album is released :O?!?!!??

But I don't really think this would've changed anything with regards to new music ,it was quite clear even before then that she wanted to take a break as she had said herself(this is with regards to Adele ofc ), I think she's mostly refering to how priorities change afterwards ....
the industry paradigm really needs to change when it comes to mothers. the ragged touring and promo cycle should loosen up and allow for more family time and days off. yeah, less cities on tours but everything hits youtube immediately anyway so it's not really that big of a deal.
i see kelly doing what she wants and not caring one way or the other. she's a ballsy one and will probably go indie before too long.
I don't think Adele's break is due to her baby, it's one of the reasons, but after she ended up promoting 21 she was stating all over the place she wanted to take a long break. If Kelly wants babies, it would be a sweet thing for her, I would love to see her happier than she is now.
