I'm not judging the quality of the performance, but if you look at the outfit she wore on the red carpet, the outfit she wore during the performance (particularly the lack of a bra), and the outfit she wore when she accepted her award, in addition to the fact that she lit a blunt on stage during her acceptance speech and twerked with a midget… it's obvious she wants controversy and attention. You would have be be delusional to look past all that.
As long as Miley is doing these things just for controversy and attention, people are going to point it out.
