So what? It's well above Billboard's minimum price range and it's not like it's a ridiculously low discount. It's a very good deal seeing as CDs run about $10-14, much better than iTunes' $15(!!) offer. The customer can get it for a better deal and Gaga will still get the same amount of money and it will count for the charts, so who's it harming?
