So I'm considering going to Disneyland Paris during the holiday seasons, but I was wondering what your experiences are with the Disney theme parks! Which periods should you visit or definitely avoid? Which rides did you like and which do you hate? Share your stories!

I've been to the Hong Kong and Tokyo ones and they're pretty good, if expensive. It's probably a lot funner for young kids tho.

DisneyWorld is the best place I've ever been.

I had a lot of fun the one time I went. It kinda felt surreal to go on some ride because of all the visuals that can be seen in every ride. The lines sucked tho.

I've only been to Disney world... 20 years ago when I was 6... I enjoyed it except for Epcott because I got sick after riding the human body simulator ride

No but I've been to Disney World, i go like once or twice a year, which is far better than the Disney Land parks because it's bigger which means there's more to do.

Disney World rocks I don't know about Disney Land sadly. But it's great fun. Be sure to check out guides online, they will give you all the info you need. I own one and it give you in-depth details and reviews for every single hotel and ride in the park. If you want to save money tho I would recommend getting a hotel right off the park because in exchange for maybe 10 minutes a day more of transportation you can easily save hundreds of dollars.

EDIT: I would recommend going in Jan-Feb if you can, it's normally the slowest time. September isn't horrible either.

Disney World is better than Disney Paris IMO.
The last time I went to Disney Land was in April and It was good, (and there weren't that many people either) But I prefer Disney World in terms of rides.

Yes I've been Disneyland it's so cute but I'm afraid of rides so i kinda spoiled it that way.

I have an annual pass to Disneyland and I enjoy it and try something new every time I go. I'm actually planning a trip tomorrow!

I'm not entirely sure about the Paris one but I'm sure it still satisfied the same joy as the local one does. Try to tackle as many things as possible!

Having lived really close to Disneyland until I went to college, it has been a huge part of my life. Other theme parks might be bigger, might have more exciting rides, might be...cheaper but nothing compares to the feeling you get when you walk into Disneyland. Especially at this time of year! I've been to Disneyland Paris, Disneyland Tokyo/DisneySea and Disney World, but the original will always be my favorite.

As you can see, I feel more than normal levels of attachment to Disneyland.

I've been to Disney World... none of the lands. But Disney World is absolutely magical.

I went there for my senior class trip absolutely amazing.
