The implication being her stage antics shouldn't be considered apart of her performances? They'e her creativity, her creations. Beyoncé might be a better singer and dancer, but that doesn't inherently make her a better performer. Technically, perhaps, but Gaga is simply more entertaining. She takes risks, she pushes the boundaries.
Not to mention, your statement is completely false. Gaga actually plays a piano, and when it's just her and the piano... she literally commands the audience. That's stage presence that Bruno nor Bey can ever dream of tbh.
