Anyone else love buying physical CDs still?

I bought ARTPOP yesterday.






Anyway, something stupid I noticed about Justin Timberlake The 20/20 Experience Part 2 (Deluxe Edition) 2CD

The first disc in this box says "The 20/20 Experience - 1 of 2" and the second disc in this box says "The 20/20 Experience - 2 of 2."

"1 of 2" here is referring to: "The 20/20 Experience Part 2"
"2 of 2" here is referring to: "The 20/20 Experience Part 2 Deluxe Edition Bonus Tracks."



But he also released The Complete Collection CD, and on that he has the exact same labels but different meanings.

"1 of 2" here is referring to: "The 20/20 Experience Part 1"
"2 of 2" here is referring to: "The 20/20 Experience Part 2"

So there are two JT discs out there that say "The 20/20 Experience 1 of 2" but they mean two completely different things, and there are two JT discs out there that say "The 20/20 Experience 2 of 2" but both mean different things here also.

I love buying physical cds.

I buy physical CDs of albums I really like, but other than that I just use iTunes.

I like CD's more than digital files. Just got my ARTPOP CD in the mail yesterday
I have like 50 CDs based on the past 3 years..I'll need a room for them when I get older I also love getting vinyls

Well, Physical CDs are great but I feel like they're too expensive and not well handled, if the people on stores knew how to handle that material, they wouldn't come with scratches or stuff like that, and finally, since physical CDs depend on people to bring them to stores, it might happen like in Spain, where CDs which are scheduled to be released on Monday are delayed because most stores don't receive what they commanded until Tuesday or even Wednesday, which by the way increases illegal downloading from people who rather have the music at the moment

yes. i love physical CDs so much that I have to import them from other countries sometimes when they aren't sold in the US.

I've never bought a physical CD.

I stan for CD's.

Most of the CDs I buy are from foreign artists whose packaging is better than the typical jewel case and so it feels like it's more worthy of your money than simply buying a digital download.

I do love physical CDs though.

I don't do digital. I ****ing hate digital.

I only buy CD's when I really want them for my collection. When I think they're worthy enough for my selective taste and preference. Longevity is also counted cause I don't want to regret any of my purchases. I also buy vinyls only when the album is in my top 10 though. I still need 5 to complete it.

Everything else I download through sites and t0rrents basically.

CiCi might be a bit dissapointed I think.

I only buy physical albums...gonna buy ARTPOP on Monday it will be my 8th album

It depends on the album and artist. The one artist I will buy every copy of their album, though, is Adele. I bought 21 five times, and three of those copies were CDs. I bought the standard edition, Target deluxe, European limited edition, vinyl record, and iTunes edition. CDs are nice to have but only if the album is really good and you will listen to it in your car and stuff too. I have a fairly large collection of CDs but I haven't really bought any recently. They're nice to have but digital downloading is faster and more convenient.
