The live performance was fine
It's ALWAYS a bit underwhelming the first few times until she knows how to deliver it live. Compare "Stronger" performance on XF to how she performs it now. Hopefully she can pick it up and perfectly nail it down soon since UTT is only going to be out for a few weeks.

I notice this too. A really really bad habit she picked up this past year and a half, in addition to popping out falsetto notes at the very end of a performance.
