My sister got the Hannah Montana 2 - Meet Miley Cyrus CD for Christmas. Well, it comes with 2 Discs, the Hannah Montana one and the Miley one. My question is how do I import both of the CDs to iTunes to make it one? Like when you download the CD from iTunes, it is all together, with one cover, so how do I do it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just tell me if my question doesn't make sense.

Well when I have double discs I do this complicated thing where I put one CD at a time into the computer and import them.............................................. .

I think you do this procedure. You take the first disc. You pop it in. Then wait til it loads. You may get a snack while it loads. Once it loads it will ask you if you want to import it. Say yes. Now use that snack and wait.

It's done!!!

Now remove the disc from the drive. Now grab the other disc and put the disc in. Close it. It will load. iTunes will ask you if you want to import this new CD you just inserted. Say yes. Now wait.

Wait...

It's done!!!!!!

Now you got the whole CD on iTunes!! OMG!

I'm no computer expert, but I think that's the right procedure. Anyone know if it is? I could be wrong.

Ok, this is how you do it.

1. Insert first cd
2. Rip It
3.Rip 2nd cd
4. Now find the cd that you want to change the album name of, highlight all the tracks, Select the top one, hold down shift, select the bottom one, right click on get info, then you can change the album name from there, if you name it the same as a album allready in your collection the two will be merged just like what you want to do.

I'll be the computer expert. Shannon26 seems correct. Put one CD in, import it. Then do same procedure with second one. Then take a 3rd CD (a blank one) and highlight all songs from both CD's and copy into that one CD.

Or you could just leave it as two CD's.
Or you can do something even better which is throw both CD's in the garbage where they belong

Explain the question better then. So according to what I read and got out of it at this moment, you wanted to import the two CDs (which I'm sure you figured out already) and then make it into one CD by making it on ONE disc.

Well haven't you made mixes before? You create a playlist on the left side. There is a (+) symbol near the bottom that says ADD PLAYLIST. You will get an option to name it. You can choose the album title. You then highlight all the songs from the two CDS and drag it to that playlist. Then you can burn it from there.

And I don't think you can do that anyways. Ain't the CDs like over 40 minutes? A CD can only hold up to 80 minutes worth of music.

Ok, well it's done now. I deleted all the songs and started over just like shannon26 told me to do. It's hard to explain. But I didn't really appreciate some of you making fun of me when I actually had a legitimate question. Sorry that it wasn't clearly stated, but I told you all to ask questions if it wasn't. Now it's fixed, so nevermind.
