To be against western racism is to be against White supremacist thinking, not necessarily White people. It's just that this way of thinking is really common amongst western people, White and non-White.

So they are saying that every person who is against racism is against white people?
That's exactly what they're saying.
Just know this is a common phrase. There are alot of White people out there who are upset over the fact that the United States and many European countries are becoming increasingly diverse and they conspire as if somehow their race is somehow being ethnically cleansed or whatever.
