Yes, on the 8th. Not the 7th at midnight. When people say something is closed on a certain day, it's pretty much always the end of the day. Why would you close them at the beginning of a day? Just say the day before.

Well even if the shows are free she is still getting paid. I also wouldn't be surprised if part of the reason why she does them is so her band has work when they're not touring.
