I just finished Asylum. So I don't know how good Coven is yet.. but Murder House was a little better than Asylum. Asylum had a little too much going on. Still amazing though.
I can't really judge until the whole Coven season is over but Asylum is superior to Murder House. Mostly because the main guy and woman in Murder House were **** actors. (can't even remember their names) But Sarah Paulson was FLAWLESS in Asylum. Coven is getting really serious now with all the **** happening and it's been really good so far so it may even beat Asylum imo.
I absolutely love how all over the place Asylum was, which I know is an uncommon opinion. I think it was a complete cluster**** which made it awesome, and Sarah Paulson slayed as a lead. All seasons are incredible but for me it's Asylum > Coven > Murder House. Coven is fantastic but almost a little too "normal" for me. I liked the darker setting of Asylum.

This. Asylum really did live up to the 'horror' name, if only just because it was so dark and creepy. Whereas I feel like Coven isn't really all that scary and Murder House started to get a bit boring later on in the season for me.
