Virgin Atlantic is a private company that sells commercial space flights to multi-millionares. They have yet to have their first commercial flight. Bieber (& i think Rih) have been confirmed to have bought tickets on one of those space flights - so they're just clients paying this company for the service they're providing. Gaga it appears will be doing a promotional event with them and actually perform while in the aircraft.

Gaga is the most legendary, iconic, and revolutionary artist of our times. Barack Obama also loves her. I'm sure Barry wouldn't mind spending millions for this soon-to-be-iconic event.
