Except that's completely false, and a story submitted by Perez himself.

When Perez and Gaga did that "Perez Hilton Superfan" show in 2011 for the CW network, that's when the falling out happened.
Perez kept asking Gaga stuff about her private life that he knows she will not answer on camera. He even named "Luc Carl".
Finally Tara (her makeup artist) had to physically pull the plug on the camera. Ever since then Gaga has avoided Perez and he slowly started acting more and more passive aggressive towards her.

How is fueling fire to the Madonna vs. Gaga controversy and calling her injury "karma" helping her with a drug addiction?

I'm referring to the blind item, if true, that was probably before the Madonna feud, so who else would Perez turn to for an intervention? Rihanna, britney? It'd make sense that he would turn to Madonna since she is older and wiser and was one of Gaga's idol at the time.

I actually thought of this blind item too, but I don't see how Madonna would be involved. You have your timeline wrong--Gaga and Perez were still friends for awhile after the BTW/EY drama.

To be completely honest, I think there's a bit of truth hidden somewhere here. If you really don't realize that Gaga is still having trouble with coke or something else, you haven't been paying attention. She made it very obvious in her Oprah's Next Chapter interview + the lyrics to Dope make it sound like she had to choose between drugs or Taylor + she mentioned Marina Abramovic helped her get clean recently (and she's obviously not talking about weed or alcohol) + her own tweets about drugs for DWUW.

My personal theory? The hip injury was real, but she also used it as an opportunity to quietly get help. I mean, she literally disappeared for months.

Now I'm not saying Perez and Kahn are in the right here--they're acting like bullies. Perez purposely eggs on the "crazy monsters" just so they can attack him, then he plays the victim. I have to assume a lot happened between her and Perez to end it, because if he was "just trying to be helpful!!!!!!!!!!" he'd at least leave her alone right now instead of trashing her all the time.
