Out of the three songs released so far, I only use Galaxy Supernova, which slays careers.

Clearly they are trying a different image this era. Oh well...

Yeah, I kinda feel like their going backwards with their image and music, at least Japanese wise. This era feels like it should've been their first one actually. Let's hope there's some bops on the actual album ala Animal and Reflection!

The random english in the song at parts Not gonna lie when Tiff started the song off in english I was like I thought this was a japanese single.

Ten bucks says there is a full english version of this on their english album.

Only recently. From what I understand they just had a distribution deal out there and.. well.. since there was nothing to distribute..

It hasn't been officially announced or anything, but they've been removed from the Artists page on interscope.com which in all previous cases has meant the artist is dropped.

Not surprised, they were clearly working on it though so I guess whatever tracks they did complete will be shelved.

I'm still praying for this English album, maybe they are getting a new deal. The Boys wasn't that great in English, the lyrics were bad and the Korean/Japanese versions are way better.

Love & Girls and I'm A Diamond would sound great in English imo, but without the "berry ice cream" part.

Out of the limited selection of SNSD songs which sound good, none of them would sound good in English because it isn't 2009 anymore or, in the case of The Great Escape, should be left alone at risk of damaging the quality.

If SNSD are going to release an English album, it should be with Capitol. They managed to make Katy Perry, a moderately ugly, highly untalented, singularly uninteresting nobody into a massive single selling force and plus, from what Sky Ferria said about them, they sound just like SM so SNSD should have no problems settling into their rooster.

I am ready for those Dr. Luke, Max Martin, Stargate and Bloodshy&Avant bops!

Serve them Korean puss puss anthems!

They were made in SM studios with people SM have used before so I reckon that SM can keep them and use them how they wish.

I am rather pleased with the outcome of ARTPOP though!
