I feel like if I actually used my extra time workout instead of going on ATRL I could finally get some pretty defined abs. For now I only have a visible 4 pack. How about you?
You're asking if they are visibile just standing up and NOT flexing, right?
Then no for me. Playing football (soccer) once a week will keep you somewhat in shape, but it's not enough, I have no real definition. It's alright though, I'm skinny and halfway content with my body.
