Yes, she's not natural that thin. She might have been eating less and less and starting to stress more and more = beaing unhealthy without even being aware of it

Probably not deliberate anorexia (I mean, who that has ever been there and got out of it would start doing it again purposely?), but she has obviously been eating too little. It shows in her face the most.

i mean, no amount of anorexia, just shy of hospitalization is going to make her stomach concave like that.
She's skinny regardless, but my money is on sucking in for the cameras.

Just another example of why high waisted pants look so unflattering. I haven't seen any woman pull it off yet. They either make you look too skinny or too fat.
