I'm extremely sorry about this, the Miley Cyrus discography rate will be postponed until summer 2014 due to unexpected technical troubles that the OP faced, submissions are open again now on my PM for 3 more months. Confirmation from Ace Reject.

Rules & regulations: 1. Songs will be rated on a scale from 1 to 10. Nothing below 1 will be accepted, nothing above 10 will be accepted. Any decimal may be added to the whole number( i.e. .5, .849, .2, etc.) but the decimal may not exceed the thousandths place. 2. Rates will be submitted to me through a private message. 3. No sabotaging a certain song because you do not want it to place high, and no giving a song a "10" because it is your favorite song from the album. 4. Rates are due 30th of May 2014 They are to be submitted no later than 7:00pm EST. 5. After submitting your rates via PM, you have to post in this thread saying you've sent your ballots. (bump) 6. You have to rate all tracks including the repeated ones and the "other appearances" list.
