lol no, but it's up there. Probably Top 5, definitely Top 10. But there are certainly better albums that come to mind, unfortunately. I really wanted to love ARTPOP, but... I just think that it's been executed poorly. And revealing basically all of the songs before the album was released, I don't know, it doesn't even feel that new. With some of the tracks, it just sounds like pre-recorded electronic beats that she's singing over. There are some really great moments on the album too, though.
