Mmmm depends. I would almost say Rihanna/Beyonce since as it stands there is no new music out.

Beyonce was amazing to see, but the choreography is a rehash from previous shows.
Rihanna was good, but she cut so many of the songs to a few verses to squeeze them in that it had the opposite effect of being able to hear songs that are never done like Cold Case Love, get a 2 minute treatment.

I didn't go see Katy during the California Dreams Tour because it was so juvenile that I was embarrassed to even look for tickets, but PRISM was a great album.

Lady Gaga, pretty much for the sole reason that her tickets seem to cost the most and I typically have an upper limit for what I'm willing to spend for a show. I would go to see any of these concerts if all things were equal though. All of these performers have some songs I like and would probably put on a good show.

I've never seen Katy on tour but I'm definitely getting tickets for her upcoming tour. I'll let you know how it goes.

Edit: missed the 'free tickets' part in the OP. Never mind, I wouldn't exclude anyone and my vote doesn't count.

Beyonce is just an amazing performer. Gaga would be very entertaining as well. And Britney is Britney.

The only ones I would not pass up are Bey and Gaga. But take these two out of the equation and I'd much rather see Katy and Rih over Britney any day. At least they look alive even if they're not that good live.

The only ones I wouldn't pass on would be Bey, Gaga and Rih. Bey and Gaga are beasts of performers -- total must see at least once in life type acts; Rih isn't a great performer, but, she's fun and you can enjoy her music.

Britney and Katy don't put on worth while shows from what I've seen nor am I super crazy about their music outside of a couple of songs, respectively. I can't see myself even bothering with the effort of sitting through the coliseum traffic and waiting in lines even if the tickets were free. I voted Britney tho because at least Katy does put in effort.

I'll definitely go watch Beyonce and Britney since I've never seen them after years of waiting. Gaga is a MUST.
