I don't really see anything offensive,but afterwards i saw that video of that tanning mom when the related videos came, and i died.Maybe everyone should tan or get permanent face coloring so that we look the same color and no one is offended

if it was a commercial about some light skin treatment cream and instead of the Pale Whites feeling not wanted, were actually Dark Skin Blacks, and in the middle the ones having fun dancing were light skin Blacks with Whites will that be offensive too?

Yes because of historical implications. Lighter skinned blacks were historically treated better than darker skinned blacks because the lighter the skin, the "closer" they were to being white and actually being treated as PEOPLE.

I see what you are trying to do, but no. The two scenarios are not related. Pale or tan, white people will always be treated as white people. The same cannot be said for black people.
