I agree a lot with this. When I think of the originals, I usually forget about EC because it definitely sounds like a classic. But I don't know why they put it right after Please Come Home For Christmas because the message of those two songs is very similar.
Kelly's original songs are definitely highlights of the album. Although she chose amazing classics + JFN and the production and the vocals slay, she made the album unique thanks to the original songs. I hope she has similar gems prepared for her pop and country albums.
