As much as I love Gaga and will always support her from what I've heard, Venus, Applause, DWUW and various snippets I think this is going to be her worst album to date. It feels all over the place, with Born This Way she just had a vision and ran with it, Artpop feels like her trying to dip her hands into as many cookie jars as possible and the quality of the lyrics and music has dropped as a result.
I'm hoping I'm wrong and the full album will floor me, Born This Way in my opinion is a masterpiece, this will not top it for me. I have high hopes for Gypsy though, I did have high hopes for MJH but the snippet is awful.
They're just saying it because the song has grown a lot on them.
