LOL...Rihanna has long done finished adding dates, Shes at 95 and probably looking to do $140-150M with 95... Homegirl is about to release ANOTHER album and do ANOTHER tour. I would hope Mrs Carter tour outgrossed Rihannas considering she is approaching 120+ dates and still adding. You think Rihanna couldnt do another leg in Europe for instance , considering how huge she is ? She shattered records all across Europe.
But still , Rih has a higher gross average per date , and still more stadiums have yet to be reported.
|
Actually she doesn't Bey average per date is 1540000-without any stadiums
Rihanna's per date is 1490000-with stadiums
just stop embarrassing yourself

Considering this tour is only for Beyoncé's fourth album, she is doing things the person you are trying to make happen in this thread couldn't do, and is averaging better than she ever could.

The first 95 dates of TMCSWT will outgross the DWT though...just go join the rest of the Navy in celebrating Rih finally grossing $100 million on her 4th Global tour and stop being so pressed.

I know for a fact that Pollstar included festivals. So how about you or someone can provide an extensive breakdown of the list, its not on her wikipedia page.
Pollstar is UNRELIABLE. 54 dates for Rihanna first 50 shows according to them . when there were manyy stadiums dates that had happened and $31M from US already had been reported , yeah they are reliable . NOT.
You can see an extensive breakdown of the DWT tour to contribute to the $100m and no festivals that she headlined are counted , but Im looking for that extensive breakdown for Beyonce Carter tour. Kindly provide
I see the festivals are accounted for on the first page of this thread....so im just wondering.
|
Are you some sort of idiot? There are 41 dates because that's all that have been reported. Just like up until a couple of days ago, Rihanna only had her North American leg reported.
Pollstar is RELIABLE.
"Pollstar is the concert industry's trade publication of record and this exclusive data comes from averaging more than 30,000 detailed box office sales reports representing more than $4 billion in annual domestic ticket sales."
The only reason they got Rihanna's information wrong on the mid year chart is because HER team refused to co-operate with them.
Also, I'm not understanding your problem with her festival gross being included. A) it was only one festival, that she was the only artist performing that night, and tickets were sold like a normal concert.
B) BILLBOARD BIZ, the source you're screaming is the only reliable source also reported a FESTIVAL for her

Can you not read (well, you're a Rihanna fan, so most likely not)

Pollstar have only reported one festival, which is what I said.
Billboard reported the other. So you're saying it's ok for Billboard Biz to reported festivals but not Pollstar
And good luck looking for more, since that's the only one

The fact of the matter is that the Mrs Carter tour is going to outgross the Diamonds tour.
You can perch all you want and ask for receipts, make excuses, etc. but this won't change.
I'd HOPE a seasoned veteran like Rihanna (whose on her 5th tour) would be outgrossing Beyonce's 4th tour, but it seems as if it has took several attempts and several albums/hits just to reach a level right underneath her.

There's actually 21 dates reported there, the Navy can't count either
I can't believe you're finding it so difficult to understand. Pollstar's mid year chart reported the first 36 shows had a gross of $55.6M. Take away the two North American dates in the first 36 shows and you have $52.2M

All they are doing is proving how pressed that fact makes them. Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, is the biggest black touring act right now and there is not one thing anyone can do about it. I could understand the anger and sense of helplessness one would feel if they hated her.
