I don't think 375K are bad numbers. It doesnt matter if she drops from 1.1M to 375K or 660K to 375K at the end what really matter are the total sales and if she can get closer to btw numbers in the USA that will be something really impresive.
We cannot deny that 375k might be a lit bit underwhealming for someone like Gaga but those numbers are just the results of the BTW-CRAZYNESS era.

It is very evident that Lady Gaga's name has really diminished by a lot, and selling 375K, even though it's still a very good number, still sucks as compared to her previous effort. Taylor Swift was able to upheld her star power, Katy Perry too, even Rihanna and Britney Spears. This is a very exceptional case because of the big drop in the star power of Lady Gaga.
I like Applause and Do What U Want, but let's be real. Gaga is fading, hopefully she can regain her power and be able to have longevity with this album.

BTW was one of the most hyped albums in recent memory. It's sales were very front-loaded because of that.

Fading in the sense that others' sales (don't think Britney counts though lol) are increasing while hers went from 1.1 million to a projected 375K. If that and Applause's now "underperforming" status (or is it a smash hit according to the monsters now? idk) are any indication, then yes she's fading.
