That's not true.
You'd have to be completely delusional to think that Gaga would be able to do anything close to the BTW numbers again. Her sales are are going from unusually high to normal.
Now the Applause first-week sales were indeed disappointing. But selling almost 400k with a pop album can never be bad, no matter what the decline is.
