obviously .. Considering 45% of the sales are digital, did u expect Gaga to sell all the 500k hard copies + 45% digital copies which will be around 900k sales And another point is that 500k foil copies are WW not only In the USA so maybe you won't get yours
So Beyonce, Rihanna, Katy or In other words, Gaga's peers has yet to have bigger week (I think Beyonce have bigger week tho) than this, and yall drag Gaga for this numbers, but of course ... Yall dragged BTW For selling 7M WW ........ so .....
But isn't the fact that her album is opening higher than Katy's, despite the fact that Gaga's lead single was significantly less successful, kinda prove that she is an albums artist (at least in comparison to Katy)?
Anyhow, 375K is fine. Hoping the numbers will go up hihi.
Wow I didn't know that 375k now is considered good for a huge album seller artist like gaga. I thought she should opened at least 700k like her other album seller peers.
People forgetting BTW had a 0.99 deal when comparing ARTPOP wtih BTW + the hype was bigger for BTW + she had a bigger lead single.. Ooh wellllll, I'd still be happy with 375k. 400k+ would be better though (obviously)
