Guys I'm sorry about this round, have to agree its a mess, next time I will limit it to top 20 or 30 hits from 2012-2013 or else I will have to give the year and gender.

Lord help me, I made a mistake on the date, the #8 cap is from 2004 but it was uploaded in 2009 so I just assumed. The first part of the riddle is the artist and second is name of the song. It is by an African/American artist. Terribly sorry for this round, I just wanna skip to round 4 and pretend this never happened
