Is Christina the Mariah of this decade?
Both gained prominence as extremely talented vocalists
Both are in Rolling Stone's Greatest Voices List
Both had continual success, and both had eras where they broke free of their previous stigma
Both had a period of flop albums
Both have been criticized for vocal decline
Mariah had the greatest comeback of all time. Maybe Christina is next.

I hope she pulls an Emancipation and is able to continue that kind of success! I love her.

A mixture of Mimi, yes. Except for the fact that she's a better singer, and more known everywhere with way bigger hits.

That's true. She has the vocal aspect like Mariah, but she also has the Madonna side in terms of creativity and experimentation

Of course, Christina is about to embark on a new journey of music, and will once again prove to the world how she is the next legend along with the likes of Aretha, Donna, Whitney, and Patti.
