I used to be SCARY skinny, then I filled out a decent bit, but now I wish I were just a bit skinnier. I'd like to drop maybe 10 pounds, or tone up a bit.

For the most part, yes. I wish I could gain more weight, though, but it's hard to eat when you're not hungry. 180 lbs is the most I've ever weighed and that was last year and lasted right up until summer 2013 started. I was so pissed when I stepped on the scale in July. Now I'm back to 174 lbs and I'm struggling to get back up 180 lbs. Being 6' 3" and only 174 lbs annoys the hell out of me. I'm toned, but I want to gain more weight so I can gain more muscle mass. I should just find a bucket of fat and eat it.
I could do better. I have no extra weight and am in rather good shape, my legs and lower torso aren't bad at all because I play football/soccer every week. But my upper torso and arms are small and undefined. I guess I should start working out someday to work on that as well.
In summary, I feel alright about my body, but there is much to improve on still. I'm skinny.
