Am I the only one who finds Thanksgiving to be overrated af? I only use it cause I get days off from college lol

Thanksgiving is full of art and metaphoric messages, so I'm guessing only us Little Monsters can understand and fully appreciate the poor Thanksgiving.

Well, I enjoy hanging out with my family and eating food so I don't know, I find it pretty enjoyable.

Well I guess it's nice to spend time with family... but then again I only ever spend it with my immediate family + grandparents, who I see at least once a week anyways lol. Plus I'm a vegetarian and a very bland eater in general, so the whole food aspect of Thanksgiving isn't exciting to me. And then I always think of how we're basically lied to in elementary school about how the European settlers got along with the Native Americans so well

I watch Nightmare Before Christmas every Thanksgiving though, so I guess that's one good thing! And Gaga's holiday specials

I don't live in the US, but National Tartan Day sounds pretty boring.

Thanksgiving Is the second best holiday behind Xmas. I get to spend time wih all my country ass family and shovel food into my mouth. What's not to like about that?
