I absolutely love this song and her earlier stuff too (Castles is amazing), too bad it flopped.

I honestly think that the title played a big part in the song's commercial failure. When I first saw the video on youtube, I thought it was just an interview with her.

They should have titled it "Didn't Say" in my opinion.
