Selena Gomez released a brand new single this week called ‘His Diamond’ a Danja and M.I.A. produced song that has already been met with positive reception from both her fans and critics. Selena was on Graham Norton to talk about her single and her upcoming music and to perform the song for the British viewers.

How are you Selena?
Really great, it’s nice to finally be able to do an interview with you.

We never did one?
I don’t think so. Last time I think I just performed.

Ah, you performed Come & Get It. Which you performed at that basketball thing in America. How was that like?
It was really a lot of fun but at the same time I was scared as ****? Am I allowed to cuss?

Who cares?
Well anyways, it was scary because I was doing like a fifteen minute set on national television where a bunch of sports fans would like be watching. I didn’t know if they were going to be like jerking off or be saying like “get this bitch off my TV”. But it was a lot of fun. The crowd seemed to like it so.

You did amazing. I liked the songs you chose.
Yeah me too! I let a few of my fans help me choose the set list.

Which brings me on to something else we need to cover. Your new single is called some arabic title then ‘His Diamond’. Why did you go with an arabic title?
I wanted to be artistic and innovative. Kidding, because the song was originally written in Arabic so we like translated it over and I wanted to keep the original title it had.

Who produced it by the way? It’s very fresh and middle eastern influenced. Makes you feel like you’re on a speed chase in Saudi Arabia.
Danja and M.I.A. They made a sick production for the song and we all fell in love with.

How was it working with those two?
It was really different than working with the former producers I worked with. They made me get really involved with the song. They gave me a lot of freedom and were always consistent with questions for me on how I wanted it to sound. Then we wrote some of the lyrics and it turned out the way it was put out.

Have you shot the video for it yet?
We shoot tomorrow in Saudi Arabia. I’ve really really excited for that.

Can we get like some word on what the video will be like?
Very visual and colorful. Yet kind of dark and powerful. I came up with the concept of the video myself. I think everyone will enjoy it.

With the new album coming up. What sound and really what can we expect from it?
This album will be a mix of being completely personal and opening up. Like a catharsis and then there’s gonna be that empowering and sort of sensual side to the album. It sounds really skeptical and odd with me saying it but it makes sense.

Can you tell us some people you worked with on the album?
I worked with people like Sia, Greg Kurstin, and Dr. Luke.

And lastly, are you and Taylor Swift really lesbians?
Not at all. She has a boyfriend and I’m currently just living life.

Selena then performed a strip version of ‘His Diamond’, keeping the production in it’s normal arrangement but sang the song elegantly in a dress. The performance was met in good reception, people complimenting Selena on her vocal growth.

E: Yeah, I helped her make 2 songs on the album, Last Goodbye and Don't Cry. I was originally featured on Don't Cry but our label said that my part had to be cut off cause the song was almost 6 minutes long.
I: Awwww, that's too bad. You also announced that your tour will start next week.
E: Well, it might start at the end of this week, the official dates are coming soon.
I: Do you get along well with everyone on your label?
E: Yeah everyone's great! The others artists are amazing and the whole label let's me make important decisions like asking me what I think the next single should be.

JUSTIN BIEBER ANNOUNCES "FAST TIME" REMIX

Justin Bieber's single -- "Fast Times" from the movie and soundtrack "Fast Times at University", not to mention his own album -- "The Complete Dream: Complete Times" has been given an official remix. The audio uploaded to VEVO today, was a "Young Money Remix" featuring the rappers Drake, Lil Wayne, and 2 Chainz who all spit out verses during the track. The remix is also available on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play and other Digital Outlets as of now for a special price of $0.69!

Drake starts his verse before, at the very very beginning. Drake starts his verse before Bieber even starts singing, and he goes hard. After Drake does his verse, Bieber begins the singing as the chorus comes in. Drake's verse was acclaimed on the song, and was rated the 2nd best rap verse on the song so far by the critic. Drake's spit gives the song a perfect opening, and hypes up the upcoming raps in the song further. Did we mention the remix is only $0.69 on iTunes?!

As Justin Bieber keeps singing, and the chorus hits for a 2nd time that's when the new Rap King -- Lil Wayne steps in. Lil Wayne known for his controversial raps and his explicit lyrics was a surprise to fans to be on a Bieber song, even though it's just a remix. Lil Wayne, to the shock of many -- delivered the best verses on the Remix. Lil Wayne's comparisons, his lyricalism, and his ability to make you wonder how the hell he thought of his raps worked on his side in this track. Many Urban media sites have been posting this Remix, and all of them have quoted on how good Lil Wayne's verse was, and contributed to making the track great despite it not being the original.

Finally, 2 Chainz steps onto the track and gives his power with his verses. Critics and fans seemed to have taken a bigger like to Drake and Wayne's verses, but still noted how good his was. They said the whole remix was on point -- above point, actually. Nobody expected all 3 rappers on this, and to deliver so good. 2 Chainz's gave his usual messy and silly lyrics, that made you laugh all while keeping a good and tough rap edge to the track. The remix has been sent to Urban radio, and is expected to give a huge surge to the song's radioplay with everyone in the Urban community chatting on it.
