Phoebe Tonkin appears on Hello Ross for an interview and performance
R: Please welcome two times CAL Debut Awards winner Phoebe Tonkin! You look gorgeous darling. So last night, you were nominated for two awards, and you won them both. How do you feel about that?
P: I wasn't that happy in my life ever before, it was all really unexpected and I'm so happy with what I received yesterday. My promo team submitted me for two categories, because there wasn't a lot of things that I could submit. I'm only two weeks yet in this music industry, and I didn't do that much that I could be nominated for a lot of nominations. But when I won both nominations, I was really shocked and amazed, it was so unexpected for me, but in a good way, I was really happy that moment, because you know, I won against best artists out here at the moment. So it all was unexpected for me.
R: Also, your latest single, Bedtime Stories, reached number one spot on CAL charts!
P: I know, I was freaking out when everyone started congratulating me via Twitter and text messages. I wasn't expecting it to be that huge, like, number one and stuff, but I'm happy with it, because I know I've been working hard to make this real, and to make it number one. I promote it as much as I can, and I think everything turned out perfectly, like I was expecting it to turn out.
R: Your new album, California Dreamin', is coming out on November 3rd, and it features a lot of great artists. Are you happy with what you came up?
P: I'm really happy, everything is actually perfect on that album. And yes, I've worked with some other artists, and those songs came out perfectly, they're so good, and one of them might be my next single, but I'm not sure about that yet. I still need to decide everything with my label. But anyways, I'm really happy and I was waiting for this moment my whole life. Not that many of time left, because it's out next week, and everyone will hear what I was working on for this whole amazing year.
R: What are your plans now?
P: I'll do some shows here, in the states, then I'll be going to Europe once again to finish promotion there, I still need to appear in some countries. So, this week I'll be still promoting Bedtime Stories, then next week I'll be releasing second single, first promo single, and I'll be also releasing new album, so it'll be a busy week, I wonder how I'll survive all of it. Well, somehow I will.
Later, Phoebe appeared on the stage once again to perform Bedtime Stories live. She performed with live band, who played instrumental live. All the time, Phoebe was standing infront of mic stand, and singing her song. Her voice was really beautiful and nice, she did everything very well. Phoebe was wearing cute knee long flowery dress, that is probably meant for summer, but whatever. She was also wearing nice brown booties, that completed this nice summertime look. Her hair was pulled into a cute bun, and it looked nice.

His Diamond lyric video
Uploaded to Selena Gomez’s official VEVO and YouTube channel this morning was the visually stunning lyric video for the lead single ‘His Diamonds’ off her upcoming record. The song was released yesterday and Selena made the debut performance of the single at the Create-A-Label Debut awards. She gave a beautiful Middle Eastern themed performance of the song, dancing with snakes to wearing a burqa. The beautiful visuals weren’t just for the performance. The lyric video for the Arab influenced song had tons of stunning visuals. Clips of women in burqas voguing and strutting were used as a bold text was written across the screen. At one point it showed women with guns shooting machine guns. The lyric video received promotion on YouTube, paid by Tigerlily Recordings.

Miley Cyrus and Special Guest Gives A KKKrazy Performance on Debut Awards
Miley Cyrus may not have topped her VMA performance, but she gave one hell of a show during last night’s Debut Awards. The performance is her first ever performance of her new single, Silencer. The show starts with her and a bunch of friends partying on stage. Miley is wearing typical party clothes and so is everybody else. The song playing is Miley’s version of Booty Fruity. Everybody’s twerking and dancing and having a good time. Miley then stops partying and goes to the right side of the stage where there is a table. The rest of the stage is darkened the music stops. Miley starts taking the molly on the table. The stage suddenly becomes a kaleidoscope of strobe lights. The party people who were normal people before are now transformed into the KKK people.
Miley does not notice the KKK people yet. She looks really and then she says the spoken into to Silencer: “Yo, haterzzzzz! Where yo dollaz at?” The KKK people turn their heads to Miley and then the music starts. Miley notices the KKK people, she starts singing but she sounds nervous because the KKK people slowly start to approach her. She looks around for help but no one is helping her. She tries to escape but she realizes that she is chained to the table. Miley looks very confused as she sings the rest of the first verse. During the pre-chorus, Miley looks as if she had thought of a plan. She looks at the KKK people as if to say, “You think you got me, you don’t. I’m a smart bitch!” During the chorus, Miley starts to twerk and bullets come out of her ass, knocking out the KKK people. She twerks to the tune of Silencer. By the time she gets to the laughing part in the chorus, all the KKK people are dead. She sings “I’m a silencer!” like a bad bitch and twerks one more, this time a bazooka comes out of her ass. (This is all viewed from the front of the stage and all the bullets and bazookas are only from the huge screen.) During the breakdown after the chorus, all the lights get turned off and only one spotlight is focused on Miley. She does a Rihanna-ish choreo, pattin ha ***** and stuff.
During the second verse, the KKK people turn into zombies. They start to attack Miley again while she sings nervously. During the pre-chorus, a special guest arrives. It is none other than… Amanda Bynes! Amanda Bynes arrives on stage with a giant chainsaw and she chainsaws the zombies. When all the zombies are dead, Amanda Bynes chainsaws the chain Miley is attached to. She then sings the chorus with Miley. During the bridge, more zombie KKK people appear on stage and are approaching the two heroes. While Miley sings the bridge, Amanda pulls out a huge revolver from her back and hands it to Miley. Miley locks the revolver and shoots a zombie just in time for the chorus. Miley and Amanda fight the zombies for the rest of the performance. Miley takes the zombies on the left of the stage while Amanda takes on the right. At the end of the performance, Miley and Amanda come face to face at the center of the stage. Both look directly into each other’s eyes and for a moment you would think that the two are about to kiss. But no, Miley has other things in mind. She puts the gun on Amanda’s forehead and pulls the trigger. Miley places her left foot on Amanda’s “corpse” and says “I’m a silencer.” The crowd cheers.
