No, that never happens. It's in the official rule listings, and it's expected that everyone should know every single rule at every moment they post. Not practical, but definitely expected beyond belief.
I'm hoping I can get away with my avatar, considering the recent condoning of Gaga's DWUW cover being used as one. If not, 'tis not a problem, I'll take it down.
